The seminars that are included in the training which includes guest hospitality and employee relationship would also have certificates.

Casino training also comprises of the management and assessment of the losses as well as the assets of the casino. Managers would need to check the assets of the casino daily and would need to complete all the requirements imposed by the gaming commission. Courses may include:

  • Slots Management
  • Hospitality and Casino Accounting
  • Hospitality and Casino Marketing
  • Hospitality and Casino Staffing
  • Game Dealing
  • Surveillance
  • Gaming Supervision
  • Gaming Revenue Management

Should there be any irregularities within the casino the gaming commission would impose penalty and suspension of operation depending on the record or offense of the establishment. Other casino management courses may include: Accounting and finance, fundamentals of gaming, casino games and mathematical analysis, communication, menu design and planning under culinary programs, Casino security and surveillance, and housekeeping management.

Casino Management Careers
