The income for this category of workers in 2010 was $17.47 in 2010 with a range of $9.03 to $33.92. The job outlook is listed as 21% between 2010 and 2020.

Since driving is also based on meeting safety standards, instructors should have an understanding about the different parts of a car and the different tools needed in every trip.
