Real Estate Assistant Education and Training

The course objective of the real estate professional assistant training is to teach assistants the business fundamentals of real estate. Trainees learn about the tools used in the industry such as MLS. They are also taught about input forms and reports. The program also teaches students how to be familiar with local listings and sales forms.

There is more one can learn by getting training in real estate assistant training. One of the objectives is to show how trainees can manage transactions. They are also taught how to identify licensed and unlicensed assistants in the industry. The training allows them to learn about the different types of agency representation and disclosures.
